RYZE operates on a limited-drop model. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve stock — stock is only guaranteed upon successful payment confirmation.

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock discrepancies.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders can be cancelled or modified within one hour of placement, before fulfilment begins. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at voice@ryze.ir with your order number.

سفارش‌ها را ظرف ۱ تا ۳ روز کاری پس از تأیید پرداخت ارسال می‌کنیم. زمان‌های تحویل تخمینی: We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

• داخلی (استرالیا): ۳ تا ۷ روز کاری. Domestic (Australia): 3–7 business days.
• بین‌الملل: ۷ تا ۱۴ روز کاری، منوط به ترخیص از گمرک. International: 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance.

زمان‌های تحویل تخمینی هستند و تضمین نمی‌شوند. RYZE مسئول تأخیرهای ناشی از شرکت‌های پستی، گمرک یا رویدادهای خارج از کنترل ما نیست. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RYZE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, or events outside our control.

خطر از دست رفتن و مالکیت کالاهای خریداری‌شده با ارسال به شما منتقل می‌شود. اگر سفارشتان ظرف ۲۱ روز کاری نرسید، با ما تماس بگیرید تا با پست‌چی پیگیری کنیم. Risk of loss and title for items purchased transfer to you upon dispatch. If your order does not arrive within 21 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

مشتریان بین‌المللی مسئول تمام عوارض وارداتی، مالیات‌ها و هزینه‌های گمرکی هستند. RYZE کنترلی بر این هزینه‌ها ندارد و نمی‌تواند مبلغ آن‌ها را پیش‌بینی کند. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. RYZE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

کالاهای قیمت کامل را ظرف ۱۴ روز از تحویل می‌پذیریم. کالاها باید نپوشیده، نشسته، تغییر نیافته و در بسته‌بندی اصلی با تمام تگ‌ها بازگردانده شوند. کالاهای حراجی، گوشواره‌ها یا کالاهایی که نشان استفاده دارند پذیرفته نمی‌شوند. We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items, earrings, or items that show signs of wear.

برای شروع مرجوعی، با شماره سفارش و دلیل مرجوعی به voice@ryze.ir ایمیل بزنید. دستورالعمل‌های ارسال را برایتان می‌فرستیم. هزینه پست مرجوعی برعهده مشتری است مگر اینکه کالا معیوب یا اشتباه ارسال شده باشد. To initiate a return, email voice@ryze.ir with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

استرداد وجه ظرف ۵ تا ۱۰ روز کاری پس از دریافت کالای مرجوعی در شرایط قابل قبول به روش پرداخت اصلی انجام می‌شود. هزینه ارسال قابل استرداد نیست. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

اگر کالای معیوب یا اشتباه دریافت کردید، ظرف ۴۸ ساعت از تحویل با شماره سفارش و عکس با ما تماس بگیرید. جایگزینی یا استرداد کامل وجه بدون هزینه‌ای برای شما انجام می‌دهیم. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
